We are looking for a dedicated Learning Facilitator to guide students through their educational journeys. You will work directly with students, providing mentorship and support as they engage with personalized, project-based learning. This role requires someone who is passionate about student growth and enjoys being an active part of the learning process, encouraging students to be independent and inquisitive.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and support students in their self-directed and project-based learning.
Facilitate small group discussions and workshops, making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
Provide personalized feedback to help students understand and improve.
Track student progress and adapt teaching methods to support their individual needs.
Foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

Location & Commitments

Part-time, remote position, with some in-person activities as needed.
Flexible working Hours

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Experience working with middle or high school students preferred.
Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for student-centered learning and helping students achieve their full potential.
