About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Curriculum Designer who is passionate about shaping innovative curricula that focus on personalized, hands-on learning. You will work closely with the Catalyst team to design and develop interdisciplinary modules that inspire students to engage with subjects in new and exciting ways, always emphasizing practical application and real-world relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curriculum content that aligns with Catalyst Academy’s philosophy and standards.

  • Create engaging and innovative learning materials that blend STEM, humanities, and entrepreneurial learning.

  • Work on project-based, experiential activities that make learning dynamic and meaningful.

  • Continuously review and update the curriculum to ensure it meets evolving student needs.

  • Collaborate with Learning Facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure curricula are implemented effectively.

Location & Commitments

  • Part-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Occasional meetings with the teaching team in different time zones.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience in curriculum design, preferably in a project-based or experiential learning environment.

  • Strong research skills and ability to incorporate current educational trends.

  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for designing transformative learning experiences.
